Sellinger's Classic 3 has been bought by Matt Swanson, Swanson Golf Center.

They are currently renovating the facility. There will no longer be a Par 3 course. The facility will be dedicated to lessons and golf club fitting. The driving range and other practice facilities will be open to the public.

They are expecting an August 2009 opening date.
